My initial thought was “How does he keep doing this?”
Then I remembered that we are what we are. Our natural behaviors will come out again and again throughout our lives based on how we are wired combined with our life experiences.

We can maximize our strengths and stave off negative triggers. And we can not be like Todd Graham.
